Waste No More Time Arguing What A Good Man Should Be,

When was the last time you started a thought or a sentence with any of the following:

  • “I always wanted to…”

  • "I wish I could..."

  • "I really should..."

  • "I don't know why I never..."

If you are anything like me, it probably wasn't that long ago.

If you are really like me, you probably felt a little guilty afterward. Maybe even beat yourself up a little for letting yourself down.

Maybe committed that you are going to start that diet on Monday.

Or start working out.

Or watching your budget a little closer.

But then Monday rolls around and you wake up a little later than you'd like and don't have time to make your lunch. You tell yourself, "I'll just go out today."

You pass the gym on your way home and feel guilty about just driving by. “I didn’t eat well today, I’ll go home and take it easy tonight. Everything starts tomorrow.” At least that’s what you tell yourself.

So you go home and prep your meal for the next day. Eager to get a jump on it further, you even go to be early so you can be well rested for the next day. No excuses for me tomorrow you think to yourself.

But then you toss and turn for hours. You wake up in a daze and struggle out of bed and into work. You drink some caffeine to get you through the morning and then just before lunch, Steve pops his head in.

“Hey, a few of us are going to go to lunch at that new place down the street. Wanna go with?”

You want to say no. You know you should say no. But damn, it does sound good.

Immediately, you feel a twinge of guilt in your stomach but it’s too late to turn back now. You’ve already committed yourself to going.

You make it back to the office, but are feeling groggy and bloated from the carb fest in which you just participated. You wind up taking a little longer at the office and you’re feeling pretty tired. Must of worked pretty hard, best not to push it so you skip the gym yet again and head home for the night.

The next day, your boss invites you to lunch. She has some things she wants to discuss. You don’t really want to eat that skimpy salad you prepared the other day anyway and who knows if it still even taste good so you head to lunch with your boss.

Her treat and it wasn’t healthy by anyone’s standards so again, you aren’t feeling the best and head home after work. The next day, despite your best intentions, you come to the conclusion that it’s Thursday. The week has flown by.

“I’m just going to enjoy the rest of this week and start everything fresh next week.”

Sound familiar?

I know it does to me because this exact scenario has happened to me so many times over the last several years that there is no way to count them all.

And it’s not just you and I. Check these Reddit comments out…

“I’m miserable, but I’m so addicted. I don’t know how to stop.”

“How do I not quit and go through with it?”

“I have an old knee injury, kids, a job and I make excuses because of these things.”

You know the worst part?

We are the first ones to give up on ourselves.

We say things like, “I really should go on a diet.” Or, “I wish I could look like that.”

But even as we say it, we know we’ll never actually do it.

The interesting part is that while we give up on ourselves almost immediately our family and friends still believe in us. They nudge us and support us long past the point where we have given up on ourselves.

The problem is that eventually they begin to doubt us too. That’s when it all becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Instead of just thinking we are a failure. We actually become a failure.

But it doesn’t have to be this way...

Be your own hero

After spending years reading books, taking online courses, attending seminars, listening to hours upon hours of podcasts and watching more than my fair share of YouTube videos meant to inspire me I still wasn’t getting the results that I wanted.

I needed a step by step guide to becoming the hero of my own life and I wasn’t finding it.

So I decided to create my own and now, I want to share with you the strategy that I used to change my life.

Operation Be Better is a 90-Day, online course that will take you from lazy, unmotivated, and distracted to actually being on the path to achieving your goals. Even if you don’t even know what they are right now!

And while you will find some fresh, new ideas inside, this course isn’t designed to just provide you with more information. If more information was the answer we would all be billionaire’s with six-pack abs. No. This course is designed to help you get the fuck after it.

Included inside is:

  • A 100+ page workbook that will help guide you through the course and keep you accountable.

  • Daily messages from me to keep you on track and progressing forward.

Inside, you will learn:

  • How to 10X, 20X, or even 100X your potential by destroying your own worst enemy...your mind.

  • How to set goals….and actually achieve them.

  • How to build true mental toughness.

  • And much more…

“Couldn’t I just do this myself?”

Yes. You could’ve this year. Or the year before that. Or the one before that. You are here because you didn’t. This course is designed to make sure that this time is different. This time you follow through. This time you become who you are truly meant to be.

“What if I fall behind?”

The course is designed so that you don’t. But if you should, then I’ll be here to help you pick up right where you left off so that we can get back to getting after it.

“How much time is this going to take me each day?”

Every day is different, but I would budget 30-60 minutes a day for physical training and 15-30 minutes a day for course work. The rest will be intertwined with your day as you are expected to be implementing the strategies into your daily life.

"Is there a prerequisite for joining?"

While this course is designed for beginners looking for the jumpstart they need to transforming their life, this course is not for everyone. In order to stand the best chance of completing the course it is recommended that you be able to perform at least 10 continuous pushups, 1 pullup, and be able to jog for at least 5 straight minutes at a comfortable pace.

This course will transform you into the hero of your own life. To be clear though, this course is not for everyone.

This mission is not for you if...

  • You’re looking for “top 10 tips.” Head on over to buzzfeed for that shit. This course is about developing systems and real habits.

  • You’re looking for the perfect workout or diet plan. Here’s a’s the one you stick to. This course is about building that consistency, not looking for the next fad.

  • You’re afraid to dig deep and face your own demons. You will have to face them and break them or at the very least bend them to your will.

  • You can’t commit to the time required of you to review and implement the materials within the course.

Those that should accept this mission...

  • Those sick and tired of being sick and tired. Those ready to put the disappointment that is their current life behind them.

  • Those that deep down inside know they are capable of far more than they are currently achieving.

  • Those that have tried all of the advice out there and just can't seem to find anything that works.

  • Those willing to invest the time and energy necessary in order to achieve a better life.

My offer to you:

Try the entire course and if you don’t absolutely love it, I’ll refund 100% of your money. That’s 90 days, 100% risk free!

Accept the mission for yourself. If your life hasn’t improved after 90 days of powerful strategies, grueling workouts, and intense mental conditioning, then email me. Show me that you followed the program and that it didn’t work for you and I will refund all of your money. It’s that simple.

This means you can try the entire course and then decide if it was right for you.

One last thing…

None of us want to get to the end of our life and be disappointed in ourselves.

I want you to think about where you are now. Think about the habits that you have and the things that you tell yourself about who you are.

Are you proud of all that?

Are you going in the direction that you want?

Are you building a life that you can be proud of?

If not, then I beg you to please trust in yourself. You have it in you. I know you do. And you want it or you wouldn’t have read this far. You’re genuinely willing to put the work in, but your own mind is holding you back. Your own fear. Don’t let it control you. We both know you are capable of so much more.

And 90 days from now, I want you to be well on your way to achieving things you never thought possible. One year from now, I want you to look at yourself in the mirror and not even recognize who you are. The material inside can show you how.

But I can only lead you there. It’s up to you to take the first step.
